I hadn’t heard of Industry City Distillery until I happened upon an article on the Brooklyn Daily Eagle. I can’t say I know a lot about distilling vodka, but I’ve never heard it being made quite like Industry City Distillery is doing it. They’re using a lot of chemistry to do some very interesting things. This is the science fiction type of distilling that you’d expect in the 21st century. If their website is to be believed, select Brooklyn retailers should have their vodka, apparently called No. 2, on shelves now. For the first time in my life, I wish I lived near Brooklyn.
