Omg, this vodka is amazing! These things I do know: A) HRD is definitely not a bottom shelf vodka, I’ve had mid shelf vodka that’s made me want to puke. B) The most expensive part of making the vodka is not distilling it. It’s the bottle. Because HRD is only sold in plastic bottles, it can be sold at the price it’s sold at. And bravo for not passing the buck on to the consumer! So with that being said, I bet I could buy a bottle of grey goose, drink it, then buy a bottle of HRD and fill that bottle of grey goose with HRD, serve it to the average vodka drinker, and they would pay top dollar for it. Last thing, I drink this vodka straight, I don’t even need a chaser. But, I do enjoy it with a corona beer back with lime and salt.

What a pleasant surprise for an inexpensive Vodka. I had very low expectations when I first saw the price. In fact I didn’t buy it the first time I was in that particular store. A few days later had to stop at that store again, saw the display and said what the heck I’ll try it. I’m going back tomorrow and buy several liters, a great buy!!!

I mixed three shots of this with Diet Dr. Pepper. It was absolutely delicious. The taste with the soda pop was just the right strength and was very pleasing. I will definitely be buying this again.

HRD is a great cheap vodka. I havnt found anything below Absolute that I would buy before buying this. Smirnoff isnt that much better and for the price of it you can get a half gallon of HRD.
